Wah TAJ Wah !!

Tajmahal
one of the most beautiful buildings in the world. Located in the historical city of Agra, the Taj Mahal is called as the ‘symbol of love’.It was one of the busiest places we visited in India, and I can totally see why. The immense beauty of it all is even more evident when you see it in person.

Although this was not my first visit to Tajmahal but everytime I see this white building it's make me amazed every single time 🥰

The trip was unplanned and we were supposed to go for our Jim corbett trip but unfortunately we didn't execute it from Delhi 🤭
It was Saturday morning and it was already 11 am when our friend decided to take us the Agra city . By 11.30 am we left home from Noida and started our journey via yamuna expressway.
on the way we stopped for some tea break near Mathura .
By 1.30  pm we were at Agra city. Since my husband wanted to try all new things as a traveller we decided to take tuk tuk ride (tanga ride) to reach Tajmahal from our parking space. The tuk tuk charged us Rs 500/- for 6 people to drop us near West gate.
.        with our Rangeelo tuktuk 😅

After getting out from the tuk tuk ,we have to walk about 500 mtr to reach the ticket counter at West gate.
The beauty of Tajmahal can't be explained 🥰

some mosque on the way to west gate
We completed whole tour without guide in 1.5 hour we didn't went inside the tajmahal as for inside there were extra charges and that too photography is not allowed inside.

Few things need to be noted -
1. Security is strict at Taj Mahal and everybody’s bags are flipped open and individual items examined. So if you want to quickly pass through security, bring as less as possible.
2.  For verification Aadhar card is necessary.
3.The Taj Mahal is shut on Fridays. Operating time- from sunrise to sunset
4. There are three doors into the Taj Mahal East, West and South.
The West Gate – the door  for local people, and tuk tuk travellers.
5. Entry fee to this monument is
50 rupees with an extra 200 rupees for access to the fundamental catacomb.
Youngster cost – under 15's free.
6. If u pay through scanner n online payment the charges will be just Rs35/- per person.

After completing the tour we headed back to our parking where we shop some souvenir and had lunch near by hotel name Palace view.
We reached Delhi by 7.30 pm .

Hope this blog helped you to make your itinerary wisely .Let me know if any suggestions are there.
